Combining the convenience of straight-to-DVD shooting, True Wide 16:9 recording, Canon’s powerful Advanced Zoom technology, and a range of easy-to-use features, each model in the series is ideal for busy families who want to record their memories – as well as for a variety of other users working to a budget, such as small businesses and educational institutions.

The top-of-the-line DC420 delivers compelling detail thanks to a Megapixel CCD. It brings even distant subjects into view via a 45x magnification Advanced Zoom. The addition of a USB connection allows still images to be printed directly, using a compact photo printer, or easily transferred to a PC – transferring movies is equally easy, using a computer’s DVD drive. Alternatively, the DC411 and DC410 offer/s a 41x Advanced Zoom, as well as a microphone input connection for superior audio capture.
