Peter Baldauf, Canon in Austria
Hermann Anderl will continue with his responsibilities as Managing Director for Océ in Austria during the integration process. This news follows the global announcement made on 22 December 2011, that Canon can now accelerate the integration of Canon and Océ now that Canon is the majority shareholder of Océ. Business integration is the preferred management approach in order to create a more unified and effective business across Europe. By combining the strengths of both the Canon and Océ organisations the business will be in a better position to profitably secure future sales growth. Baldauf commented: “I am delighted to be leading this exciting change in business for Canon and Océ in Austria. It marks the start of a new era, where we will be able to provide enhanced products and services for our customers using the expertise of two printing giants.”
