If you provide products and/or services to a Canon organisation in Europe, Middle-East and Africa (“EMEA”), the agreement signed shall be applicable. In case no specific agreement is signed the General Purchase Terms and Conditions shall apply to all products and/or services provided by you to the relevant Canon organisation in EMEA, which can be accessed and downloaded using the link below.
