Fast and feature-packed home printing for creative users

Photo and document printing
The PIXMA MP630’s premium 1pl, 9600dpi* FINE print engine produces stunning photolab-quality images, with a 10x15 borderless photo taking approximately 20 seconds*. 1pl ink droplets using new dye-based Single Inks – including a ‘Photo Black’ tank – deliver prints with smooth tonal gradations, high contrast and exceptional detail.

The ChromaLife100+ system** is a combination of the PIXMA MP630, Canon original inks and certain Canon genuine photo papers. These three unique components create beautiful, long-lasting photo prints.

Print text documents in mono or colour with a pigment black ink to give crisp, sharp text.

Single Inks
Quality and efficiency is maintained through the use of 5 Single Inks – simply replace individual ink tanks when they run out.

Ease of use
The higher-definition 6.2cm colour TFT display makes it fun to browse photos without a PC, and users can view, select, edit and print – all using the Easy-Scroll Wheel. Direct prints are also possible straight from a memory card or PictBridge-compatible digital camera or camcorder. A Quick Start function allows operation within seconds.

Advanced media handling
Personalise your printable CDs and DVDs using the CD-LabelPrint software to create layouts from your text and images. Auto duplex helps to save paper by automatically printing on both sides, while two paper trays mean users can have photo and plain paper loaded at the same time ready for printing.

Scanning
An optical resolution of 4800dpi delivers superb colour scans, with the option of scanning straight to PC, email or PDF. Easy operation is guaranteed using the intuitive MP Navigator EX software, while Auto Scan Mode speeds up the process by choosing the settings based on the type of document or photo you’re scanning. Additional flexibility is offered with the option to scan to memory card or USB stick, so users can easily transport and store scanned images.
