Detailed Features
A breakthrough in brightness
The compact LV-7490 is Canon’s brightest, ultra-portable projector in the LV range. Native XGA resolution (1024×768) delivers pin-sharp images even in ambient or uncontrolled lighting conditions, while a 2000:1 contrast ratio with Lamp Control gives rich blacks and life-like colours with all types of source material. It’s the ideal blend of features for business or education users who need crisp, bright and high-impact projection, especially in larger spaces.
Lenses focused on quality
As you would expect from the world’s leading lens manufacturer, the LV-7490 features a high quality wide-angle 1.2x zoom lens that projects clearly and accurately – even in confined spaces. With portable projectors required to deliver great results in all kinds of spaces, the LV-7490’s ability to project large images over short throw distances will prove to be invaluable.
A flexible and versatile performer
A choice of practical and well-considered features mean it’s quick and easy to achieve great results from the LV-7490 – whatever the task or circumstances. Auto Input Search and Auto Vertical Keystone Correction of ± 20° let you set up and start your presentation in minutes, while the built-in 10W speaker provides powerful sound for classroom environments.
All the right connections
An RJ-45 network port lets you monitor or control the LV-7490 remotely – ideal for plug-and-play integration with today’s widespread and popular room control systems. For extra flexibility, the LV-7490 offers three audio inputs and a line-out terminal for connection to an external audio amplifier. SCART RGB sources can be accommodated via an adapter cable (available separately).
Environmentally aware
Canon’s longstanding commitment to sustainability is evident throughout the LV-7490’s design. ‘Green’ features like a 5000 hour lamp life, 5500 hour filter life and – in Eco mode – under 1W power consumption (with network off) help you reduce both your carbon footprint and your energy costs.
Economical to own and maintain
Competitively priced, the LV-7490 has user-serviceable parts that keep your maintenance cycles and costs to a minimum. Its three-layer hybrid air filter lasts over three and a half times longer than standard one-layer electrostatic versions, while easy lamp changes, via the projector’s top cover, reduce the demand for expensive support, and keep your ownership costs down.
