Canon expresses its care for the environment through its technologies. The characteristics and attributes of our new Polymerized toner also contributes to our Cleaner-Less system. The Cleaner-Less system which aims to collect and reuse residual toner
collected from the photosensitive drum. Canon has enhanced the shapes and the charging characteristics of its advanced toner to reduce pressure on the environment. The spherical nature, size and composition of the Polymerized toner enhances high efficiency in the transfer process, as well as
the charging performance, which is required to recover residual toner from the drum, ready to be used – thus contributing to the Cleaner-Less system.
