Use colour intelligently
Add just a little colour – in the right places – and it goes a long way. Instead of the cost and hassle of numerous desktop printers, the iR3180C/Ci gives you one multifunctional device that lets you use colour selectively and intelligently to brighten up your communication- maximising impact whilst minimising costs.

Set to print by default in black and white, or select Canon's Auto-Colour Sensing can be used for the latest in intelligent colour printing. This means that the iR3180C/Ci has the intelligence to detect whether or not a page, or pages within a document, contain colour, and then print them accordingly. And for little more than you would pay for the equivalent black and white print. Where colour isn’t required, you don’t pay for it – a revolution in affordable document communication.

Print with impact
Create eye-catching saddle-stitched booklets and winning customer proposals in black and white with colour. And you can staple or hole punch them with a range of finishing facilities including the innovative, space-saving internal finishing device. Prints are delivered at a swift 31 pages per minute (ppm) and colour - when you need it - at a respectable 7 ppm, with industry-standard PS/PCL supported.

Communicate and share information
Open up a new world of communication possibilities with the iR3180C/Ci. Scan documents via the document feeder and instantly send then where they’re needed - network folders, email addresses and mailboxes.

Complete control
You can control access to the device as well as specifying limits on usage using the Department ID mode. Or add Canon’s uniFLOW Output Manager for a detailed insight into who is printing what, where and how much its costing you.

Compatible with Windows Vista and IPv6, the “network ready” iR3180Ci integrates quickly and seamlessly into your business environment and with Canon’s iW Management Console, a web based utility, it allows you to centrally manage your networked devices.

Alternatively, choose the iR3180C “copier only” version, with the option to add extra functionalities and software to suit your needs.
