The mobile field service market predominantly includes service-based business organisations that use employees to install, repair, maintain or provide other services for products, systems and/or equipment at the clients’ site. Our solution enables users in a support centre to easily assign service and repair tasks to a customer site based on geographic location. Call centre agents enter preliminary information at desktop and laptop workstations. Requests are then
automatically dispatched to the appropriate technician in the field. The technician completes the service, records labour hours and rate as well as replacement parts and then synchronises these records back to the central database.
