FAQ: The projector cannot be controlled via the user commands of audio/visual equipment control devices and computers.

Details:


It is possible that the user commands of audio/visual equipment control devices and computers cannot be used to control the projectors listed below.

If the projector is operated by the top control on the projector body or the remote control everything works normally.

Note:
When the network function of the WUX10 or WUX10 Mark II is disabled, the last two digits of the firmware version will be displayed as “--“.

 
How to check the firmware version:
Use the projector to project on a white surface, and then press the [Menu] button in the top control on the projector body (or on the remote control) to open the menu.
Next, select [Information] from the menu screen (indicated by the red rectangle in the image below) to open the information screen.

Check the firmware version that is displayed on the information screen (indicated by the red rectangle in the image below).
