LONDON, March, 2006—The Higher District Court of Düsseldorf dismissed on November 17, 2005, an appeal filed by Pelikan Hardcopy Deutschland GmbH* and Pelikan Hardcopy European Logistics & Services GmbH* in response to a first-instance ruling in favor of Canon Inc. in patent-infringement lawsuits filed against the two Pelikan Hardcopy companies.
