Can DV Messenger be used from computers connected to a company LAN?

Normally, DV Messenger cannot be used since firewalls and other security software are being used. For more information, directly ask the network administrator of your company.

Can DV Messenger version 2.0 communicate with version 1.0?

DV Messenger version 2.0 cannot communicate with version 1.0. If you are already using version 1.0, you must upgrade to version 2.0. This can be downloaded free from the Canon web site, and so please upgrade to the newest version.
