Installation service
The plan includes the installation of the scanner and its accessories, connection to a relevant computer or network and installation of the drivers. When you’re making your purchase, you can call the Helpdesk to arrange the installation. This one-time service also means that the system is tested and checked to ensure that all of its features are working correctly and in accordance with your pre-agreed specifications. For peace of mind, this is available on a 36, 48 or 60-month contract and includes service and parts (excluding consumables) as well as access to the Helpdesk. The service ensures that an authorised Canon engineer is dispatched within hours of you placing a maintenance call. Once you’ve chosen this service, you won’t have any additional costs for parts and labour during the contract period. You’ll also be given a designated Helpdesk number, which you can call when you need to request support. After verifying the problem, an engineer will be sent to fix it. The authorised engineer will have all the parts and materials needed to maintain or repair your products covered by the plan. Swap repair service
Opt for the return to base service and you will have access to the helpdesk, as well as an Authorised Service Facility (ASF), where your product will be checked and repaired, if necessary. To ensure minimal impact we’ll also provide you with an identical loan unit to use whilst the repairs are being carried out.
