The Easy Service Plan Offering

Canon’s Easy Service Plans are a range of services developed to help you stay ahead of the competition. Coupling world-renowned products with expert maintenance and training helps you to keep your business running at its optimum level.

Installation and User Training
This plan includes the installation of your Large Format Printer, connection to the network, installation of drivers and training for a nominated user. As part of our installation service, we will make sure that your new system is fully tested so that it works in accordance with your pre-agreed specifications.

Advanced Operator Training
The Advanced Operator Training plan includes troubleshooting, and covers the features and functions of the relevant software such as Adobe Photoshop Plug-in and PosterArtist 2006. Advanced training on the printer drivers is also provided. These skills will help you to offer new services to your customers.

3 Year On-site Service
This includes service and parts for 3 years* and gives access to the Helpdesk or a Call Centre**. A choice of response times can be specified – either same day or next day – depending on your specific needs. Once selected, you can run your business safe in the knowledge that there are no additional costs for either parts or labour during the contract period. You’ll also be given a number you can call whenever you need to request support. After verifying the problem, an engineer will be sent to fix it. The authorised engineer will have access to all the parts and materials needed to maintain or repair your products covered within the plan.
