Data Verification Kit
When you or your customer need to prove an image’s authenticity, Canon’s Data Verification Kit DVK-E2 (v2.2) has the answer. The EOS 5D generates and appends a secure code to every image file at the time of capture. The DVK-E2 (v2.2) decodes this from the archived original to determine whether or not the file has been manipulated or tampered with in any way.
