Canon’s new Bubble Jet i70 offers you a lightweight printer with the specifications of desktop machine. It gives you the quality and speed you need to create brilliant photos, exacting graphic presentations and razor-sharp text.
A full 40 percent smaller than its closest rival, the compactness is the result of Canon’s expertise in miniaturisation with every element being custom-designed. Its stylish ultra-compact design combines great looks and easy use, with an elegance that would not look out of place in the smartest home or coolest office.

The i70 gives you fast print speeds in monochrome, colour and photo mode. It prints at up to 13 ppm in monochrome and delivers a 4"x6" photo in under a minute. It also gives you borderless photographs in A4, 4"x6" and 5"x7" sizes — right up to the edge of the media.

The Bubble Jet i70 incorporates Canon’s now-standard advanced MicroFine Droplet Technology™ for print resolutions of up to 4800 dpi. The printer employs a high-resolution, high-density colour print head with 384 colour and 320 black nozzles and delivers a 5-picolitre drop size in all print modes. This provides unsurpassed levels of detail even when you use 'draft' or 'standard' settings ensuring clear, crisp prints with high contrast and broad colour range, even on plain paper.

The i70 uses a new slim-line universal power adapter so you can connect to mains electricity anywhere in the world. Even when you're not near mains power you can still use the printer anywhere with the optional Rechargeable Battery and Charger or optional Rechargeable Battery and Cradle kit. The Li-ion battery is about 50% smaller than Canon’s previous product, lighter in weight and yet provides more power, printing up to 450 pages on a single charge. It also includes a charge level indicator so you always know how much power you have left. The cradle is convenient and easy to use and saves space when charging.

With the i70 you can also print directly from Canon Bubble Jet Direct digital cameras or digital video camcorders – no computer required.

The Bubble Jet Printer i70 offers you easy connectivity via USB and Fast IrDA (infrared) interfaces. It is compatible with Windows and Macintosh operating systems and can also print directly from your PDA or mobile phone!
