The RE-450X Video Visualizer, is an easy-to-use image capturing device with a built-in zoom video camera. It can be used wherever there is a high demand for presentations with top-quality visuals.
The RE-450X conveniently allows projected 3-dimensional viewing, of objects, documents and transparencies and can be connected directly to a projector. The large 12x lens accommodates the high resolution XGA and 1/3 inch, 850,000 pixel progressive CCD, which has been created to target conventional presentation systems and TV conference systems. Specially designed for portability and easy storage.

The high-resolution image can output directly to the projector and a video OUT terminal, provided to output regular video signals. With the built-in scan converter, you obtain optimum output with two video signal systems, RGB and video.
With the Canon-developed, signal processing IC (DIC4), high-speed processing is executed for 15 fps XGA motion images.
Automatic image adjustment is performed with Auto Focus, Auto Exposure and Auto White Balance so that the image displayed is always sharp and clear. Also, the white paper mode enables paper documents to be displayed with optimum brightness and contrast.
Arm lamps mean that three-dimensional objects can be illuminated uniformly, with two 6-watt fluorescent lights brightly lighting the document, and the integral cold-cathode backlights make it easy to view photographic transparencies.

Through the RGB IN terminal, you can input the image signal from a PC. A switch is provided to switch the projected image between the PC’s image signal and the projection camera’s image.
