Professional booklet maker
The ideal addition to your production print process, letting you create high-quality booklets up to 140 pages (BLM35) or 200 pages (BLM50). The standard configuration includes set compiling, stapling, folding and stacking, plus hand feed capability for offline workflows. The BLM50/35 has a patented ‘set positioning mechanism’ that allows operators to adjust the staple position up and down the spine, all from the touchscreen user interface.
Eye-catching booklets
The optional Plockmatic Rotate Crease Bleed Trim unit delivers professional, full bleed trimmed and creased booklets. The crease function enhances the booklet appearance of print toner on folded spines, while the newly designed precision face trimmer module allows customers to trim the shingle effect from the booklet.
Square fold for refined booklets
The optional Square Fold Module adds the next level of professional polish, making it easy to produce square fold booklets with an impressive, high-grade spine and refined look and feel.

From fully inline to hand feeding, BLM50 / BLM35 Production booklet makers are designed to work seamlessly in your centralised reproduction department or commercial print outlet. Full compatibility with Canon digital presses² allows integrated inline print processing, while the standard module offers hand feeding for using pre-printed material from other printing systems.

With a recommended print volume of up to 30,000 booklets per month and a new easily replaceable staple cartridge with built-in staple mechanism all help to minimise maintenance and downtime.
