Why does the Web Submit form not load properly?
The form will not load properly if your Internet browser’s privacy settings are not allowing cookies to be set.
Please change the privacy settings to allow cookies to be set. Below is a brief description where you can find more information and instructions to change the privacy settings.
- On the Help menu, click Contents and Index.
- Click the Search tab.
- Type privacy settings in the search box and then click List Topics.
- Select the Topic you want to learn more about from the list and click Display.
- Press F1.
Alternatively on the Help menu, click Help Contents.
- From the list of Contents select Managing Cookies.
- Select the Topic you want to learn more about.
