PIXMA tips

In this month’s tutorials, we’re exploring what happens when you throw the photography rulebook out and let your instincts guide you to spectacular images. When you shoot more spontaneously it can lead to accidental, beautiful, striking images which perfectly capture a moment or feeling.

Printing from your smartphone or tablet

If you have images on your smartphone or tablet, you can print them easily using the dedicated PIXMA Printing Solutions app. Simply download this for free from the Google Play or Apple store. Once installed, you can add your wireless PIXMA printer, and then send your photos to be printed using a Wi-Fi connection.

Printing from your Wi-Fi camera

You can also print your favourite images directly from your Wi-Fi enabled camera. Canon PIXMA printers that support PictBridge allow you to send your images for printing directly from your camera using Wi-Fi - this takes the hassle of taking the memory card out and saving your images to a PC.

Both printing methods allow you to adjust paper settings and paper type to get exactly the prints that you want. Discover more.
