1.1. The Promoter is Canon Europa N.V and registered at Bovenkerkerweg 59, 1185 XB, Amstelveen, the Netherlands (“Canon”). Any company, any subsidiary, partnership or other entity which from time to time is controlled by or is under common control of Canon hereinafter will be referred to as “Canon Affiliate” and, Canon and Canon Affiliate together will be referred to as "Canon Group".
1.2. All entrants (“Participants”) must be amateur photographers, who are residents of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Iceland, Czech, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Algeria, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome E Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, The Gambia, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Western Sahara, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia, Ukraine, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Israel, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mayotte, Mozambique, Namibia, Reunion, Saint Helena, Seychelles, Swaziland, Zambia, Georgia, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Zimbabwe aged 18 or over .
1.3. Professional photographers or those earning more than 20% of their annual income from photography and employees of Canon Group, their families, agents, and other parties directly involved with this competition and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
1.4. By entering this competition, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions unless notified otherwise in writing.
