London, United Kingdom, 1 October 2026 - Since its inception in 2008, the Canon EMEA Ambassador programme has grown into one of the most influential industry initiatives. The programme brings together some of the world’s best photographers and videographers from across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) to collaborate with Canon and to share their knowledge and passion for visual storytelling.
Canon welcomes 25 new creatives to its EMEA Ambassador programme
The photography and films produced by Canon Ambassadors embody Created Different: Canon EMEA’s core creative platform. In 2026, Canon is welcoming 25 new Ambassadors into the programme. Canon Ambassadors are selected through a rigorous, multi-stage process. Candidates are nominated by Canon offices across EMEA and assessed by an independent panel of 16 experts from across the photography and filmmaking industry. The panel considers the strength and impact of each candidate’s work, creative voice, values, innovation and contribution to the wider imaging community before putting forward its final recommendations.
