An international customer communications provider founded in Sweden, Stralfors wanted to print high quality customer mail faster and more economically. Although personalised communications were key to its service offering, the company was limited by its monochrome toner-based technology.
Acting on our advice, Stralfors invested in the ColorStream, a high-performance full colour inkjet printer. As well as integrating the device to avoid disruption, we delivered a two-day training programme to help the company understand its colour management capabilities.
Stralfors won new business by improving the quality of the customer mail it produced, while optimising costs and offering greater scope for personalisation. The ColorStream’s versatility also opened up lucrative new revenue streams, like coupon and voucher printing.
