TAT is not guaranteed, and no back up/loan equipment will be provided. If the 3- day TAT is not achieved, the surcharge for this service will not be applied. Subject to current workload of the Centre and anticipated ability to meet required service level. TAT does not include:

Time taken in transit to or from the Canon Professional Service Centres.
Time taken by the customer to accept/decline a repair estimate or to provide any missing information necessary to complete the repair.
