You rely on Canon cameras and lenses to help you tell the greatest stories. They can all lead to reduced image quality and function. To avoid this, we recommend regular maintenance.
From sensor cleaning to full servicing (including autofocus (AF) adjustment or focus matching*), multi-point services keep your equipment at peak performance.

Cleaning
After a long period of use, or in extreme conditions, dust generated by the mechanisms of the camera can find its way to the surface of CMOS sensor or ND filters. Also, it can attract dust and dirt when lenses are changed. This may cause black spots on your images.
Focus Matching
Over time, your AF sensor may gather dust or sustain impact damage, or your lens may have deterioration of your Ultra Sonic Motor (USM). These factors can affect the quality of the focus and the images you take.
Pixel Defects
Due to certain conditions, such as extreme heat or exposure to brightness, your camera may have some pixel defects which can cause dots to appear on your images.
